Snake Man (narrative art rock-band, avante-garde snakedelia) is based out of Columbus, OH including members from October Ember, Rent Romus' Actual Actual, and Gault. Their live theatrics (costumes, props, characters) compliment the many stylistic turns the band takes. Prog, metal, free improv all weave together to form the core sound of the group.

The Adventures of Snake Man and Mole Friend tell the tale of two mutants living in a post apocalyptic future and the various scrapes and adventures they get into. Each song acts like an issue of a comic, or an episode of a TV show set in this strange universe. Snake Man is a motorcycle riding antihero with the body of a human, but his head is that of a snake. Mole Friend is an innocent looking humanoid with many mole-like features that round out Snake Man's cold exterior.

Lead by Nick Weckman, with a band consisting of Columbus music scene regulars Caleb Miller, Troy Kunkler, Kevin Holland, Jennifer Dutiel, Andrew Kovaleski, and Drew Sherrick; the show includes costumes, props and other antics that must be experienced live.
